Create a new Mastery Moment for the authenticated User. This begins a new Mastery Moment and returns the details, which includes data for the Activities included in the Mastery Moment. Optional body parameters can be used to create a Mastery Moment for a specific level (Mastery Profile, Module, Topic or Concept). If a level is not specified in the body of the request, a User level Mastery Moment will be created.
