List User Mastery Profiles Mastery Summaries

https://api.ottolearn.io/v1/rest/Mastery.ListUserMasteryProfileMasterySummaries()

Returns User Mastery summaries for all assigned Mastery Profiles. If a User ID is not provided then it will return the results for the authenticated user ID.
