Get specific content of a Concept.

Get the specific content of a Concept. This API call will return a single content object for a valid Concept ID and Content ID. Concept ID's can be found by using the List all Concepts (/concept) API call. Content ID's can be found by using the List contents of a specific Concept (/concept(id)/contents) API call.
