Returns the Mastery summary of a Mastery Profile for a specific User. The summary will provide Mastery level information, coverage, as well as Concept summary data. The User must have the specified Mastery Profile assigned in order to retrieve the Mastery summary data. If the User does not have the specified Mastery Profile assigned a null response body will be returned.
