Returns a list of all assigned Mastery Profiles for a specified User. If a Mastery Profile has no assigned Modules, an empty array is returned. Each Mastery Profile returned will contain the Id, identifier, the Id of the associated image, and the sortChildrenBy property (used for sorting). If a User ID is not provided then it will return the results for the authenticated User.
