Remove Mastery Profile Content.

Remove an existing content of an existing mastery profile. Mastery Profile ID's can be found by using the List all Mastery Profiles (/masteryProfile) API call. Content ID's can be found by using the List contents of a specific Mastery Profile (/masteryProfile(id)/contents) API call.
